Oracle Technical Consultant - Senior Manager

About the role

PwC's business application consulting practice helps clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs, implementing software solutions and providing training and support. This Senior Manager role in Oracle enterprise performance management works with clients to assess their performance management needs and design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and reporting. It also covers training and support for the use of Oracle enterprise performance management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs and design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and reporting.
• Provide training and support for the integration and use of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis.
• Craft clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story and apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives and act on client feedback.
• Direct the team through complexity, stay calm in ambiguous situations and make difficult decisions to resolve issues affecting team effectiveness.
• Coach others, deepen expertise and model professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Senior manager level with the ability to grow as a strategic advisor, applying sound judgment and escalating appropriately.
