Order Management Assistant Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

The Order Management Assistant Analyst supports the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) process by monitoring stock levels, generating replenishment orders, and ensuring data accuracy across customer and internal systems. The role requires close collaboration with supply chain, sales, logistics, and finance teams, as well as direct interaction with French‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Track customer and distributor inventory by SKU, sales velocity and consumption trends.
• Identify overstock and stock‑out risks, trigger replenishment orders and maintain Days on Hand targets.
• Create and process accurate replenishment orders, optimise shipment loads and manage order changes or cancellations.
• Coordinate with the Transportation Team to guarantee timely deliveries and resolve transportation issues.
• Ensure data flows between customer POS, ERP and VMI tools are accurate; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, communicate out‑of‑stock situations and host weekly operational meetings.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, root‑cause analysis and support system roll‑outs related to VMI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in supply chain or inventory management, preferably with VMI or similar models in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with large data sets.
• Good knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment techniques.
