Order Management Associate Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

The Order Management Associate Analyst supports efficient inventory management for customer and distributor sites. Working closely with supply‑chain, sales, logistics and finance teams, the analyst monitors stock levels, triggers replenishment and ensures data accuracy, while serving as the primary French‑speaking point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Track inventory levels, sales velocity and consumption trends by SKU across VMI agreements.
• Identify overstock and stock‑out risks, maintain Days on Hand targets and coordinate weekly NPD execution.
• Create and process replenishment orders, optimise shipment consolidation and manage order changes, cancellations and exceptions.
• Collaborate with the Transportation Team to resolve delivery issues and monitor daily/weekly order‑related reports.
• Ensure accurate data flows between customer POS, ERP and VMI tools; correct discrepancies and act as a key user for system implementations.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock situations proactively, host weekly operational meetings and monthly business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives by analysing root causes, standardising processes and supporting system upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply‑chain or inventory management, preferably with VMI in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with large data sets.
• Good knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment techniques.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP tools.
• Familiarity with VMI systems and data‑dashboard platforms.
