Order Management Associate (Urdu Speaker)

About the role

Nestlé Business Solutions is hiring an Order Management Associate in Cairo, Egypt, within its Order to Cash department. The role covers end-to-end demand capture, order fulfillment and billing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with market and global service level agreements. It is a hybrid position and acts as a key operational contact for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and process customer orders manually and electronically within SLAs, reporting system issues and working with CoC and Master Data teams on recurring order problems.
• Manage fulfillment exceptions such as stock allocation, delivery delays, load optimization, carrier selection and appointment scheduling, using GLOBE functionalities to reduce manual work.
• Proactively identify out-of-stock risks and share mitigation plans with customers and stakeholders.
• Process billing within SLAs, resolve billing exceptions, coordinate returns and refusals, and support claims and deductions.
• Take part in NCE and operational review meetings, monitor service KPIs in Daily Operational Reviews, and help reduce exceptions and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Fluent Urdu speaker (a must).
• 1-2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, customer service, demand and supply planning, distribution, sales or a related field.
