Organization Modeling & Design Officer (Junior/Senior)

About the role

We are seeking an Organization Modeling & Design Officer (or Senior Officer) to lead the creation, maintenance, and analysis of our organizational structures. The role supports business functions by ensuring accurate documentation and governance of organizational designs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare organization structure proposals, charts, codes, and role documentation based on approved business requirements.
• Update organizational charts, reporting lines, and codes following structural changes.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, role matrices, and related documents in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct organizational analysis to identify reporting issues, duplicated responsibilities, and documentation gaps, recommending improvements.
• Maintain version‑controlled documentation, amendment logs, and ensure audit readiness.
• Track approved changes and update all related records for consistency.
• Produce reports and dashboards on organizational changes and documentation status for management.
• Support organization design projects by collecting data, preparing documentation, and coordinating activities.
• Coordinate with business functions to gather information and provide guidance on templates, standards, and governance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify documentation and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Officer level: 0–3 years of experience in organization design, HR, organizational development, or business process management.
• Senior Officer level: 3–6 years of relevant experience.
