Organizational Development Supervisor

About the role

Support the execution of Organizational Development activities across the head office and factory, assisting with performance management, competency framework maintenance, succession planning, and employee development and engagement initiatives under the guidance of the TA & OD Senior Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and coordinate OD initiatives, including analysis of organizational effectiveness and project follow‑up.
• Manage the full performance appraisal cycle, ensure timely completion, support calibration sessions and maintain performance records.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, assess employee competencies and identify development actions.
• Support talent review, high‑potential pools, career development planning and learning & development programmes.
• Maintain organization charts, assist workforce planning, conduct job analysis and keep the job description library up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyse results and help implement action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) a plus.
• Minimum 4 years HR experience, including at least 2 years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development or related functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or food processing environments and in multi‑site operations is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of competency frameworks and performance management practices.
• Understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and performance management systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
