OT Cybersecurity Sales Specialist (Cairo)

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Sales Specialist to join its Digital Industries team in Cairo. The role focuses on helping customers in critical infrastructure sectors secure their operational technology environments and drive adoption of Siemens’ cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of OT cybersecurity strategies for sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Manufacturing.
• Design IEC 62443‑aligned security architectures for Industrial Control Systems, including segmentation, asset visibility, anomaly detection and secure remote access.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, gap analyses and roadmap creation based on IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP and local regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, automation and networking teams to integrate security into PLC, SCADA, DCS and industrial network solutions.
• Drive deployment of OT security technologies such as network monitoring, intrusion detection (NIDS), asset discovery, security gateways and OT SOC integrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, consultants and partners on industrial cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, industrial control systems and industrial networking.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 standards, zones & conduits design and secure lifecycle management.
• Experience in critical infrastructure sectors is a strong advantage.
