Outlet Team Leader

About the role

Accor is looking for an Outlet Team Leader to ensure the smooth operation of banquet rooms, restaurants and coffee‑break areas. You will be responsible for preparing venues, supervising service standards and delivering a memorable guest experience in line with the brand’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare banquet rooms, restaurants and coffee‑break stations for service, ensuring all tables are set according to event type and service standards.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware and silverware before use.
• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting, using their name when possible, and address service needs promptly.
• Coordinate daily restaurant preparations, special‑occasion setups and monitor execution against budget and quality standards.
• Identify technical breakdowns, arrange repairs and maintain all department equipment.
• Control employee compliance with schedules, dress code and hygiene rules.
• Request daily material supplies from storage and organise guest seating flow.
• Train team members, communicate manager directives and ensure effective collaboration with other departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food‑and‑beverage service or restaurant supervision.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating a team.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety and environmental sustainability practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of banquet and restaurant service standards.
• Ability to inspect and maintain tableware and equipment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and material requisition.
