Paid Search Specialist

About the role

Palm Outsourcing is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns for theatre and entertainment clients based in London, with occasional support for US activity. This full‑time, remote position works closely with a UK‑based account manager or director, handling end‑to‑end campaign delivery and daily optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns from setup through optimisation.
• Utilise Performance Max and other automated features confidently.
• Manage daily budget pacing and bids to keep spend on target.
• Optimise live paid‑search campaigns accurately throughout day‑to‑day delivery.
• Implement urgent ad copy and asset updates before launch.
• Support the assigned UK account manager or director with daily execution.
• Provide secondary Microsoft Ads campaign support when relevant.

Required profile

• Fluent, excellent written and spoken English.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on Google Ads campaign experience.
• Proficiency with Performance Max and automated Google Ads features.
• Strong attention to detail for fast‑turnaround copy and asset changes.
• Experience managing campaign budgets, pacing and bids against targets.
• Ability to handle urgent changes at short notice without a fixed weekly cadence.
