Paralegal / Administrator – Litigation Support

About the role
The Paralegal/Administrator will support the Litigation Team by acting as the central coordination point between fee‑earners, finance, secretarial teams and external advocates. The role ensures that all administrative steps, compliance requirements and documentation standards are met for litigation matters.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate matter opening, KYC collection, engagement terms and Powers of Attorney (POAs) for litigation cases.
- Draft, review and manage Arabic and English documentation, including POAs and onboarding materials.
- Maintain the POA digital repository and oversee notarisation processes.
- Track litigation matter lifecycles, deadlines, billing, WIP and payment progress.
- Follow up on invoices, billing submissions and revenue recovery.
- Support client relationship management, handle routine client queries and schedule client‑facing events.
- Maintain CRM records, add new contacts and track business development activities.
- Assist with eBilling registration, supplier onboarding and KYC processes.
- Oversee matter opening and closing, issue engagement letters and manage client deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for senior stakeholders, including diary, travel and logistics coordination.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting litigation or legal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with client relationship management and billing processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance, secretarial and external advocacy teams.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Interaction).
- Experience with eBilling platforms and supplier onboarding processes.
