Paramedic

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Paramedic to provide medical and nursing care to employees experiencing acute physical or mental health issues. The role involves delivering on‑site health support, implementing HSE objectives and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them.
• Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support.
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks, including monitoring pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and administering drugs and injections.
• Monitor and record patients’ condition and document provided care services.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly.
• Resolve or report patients’ needs or problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Required skills

• Patient monitoring (vital signs assessment).
• Drug administration and injection techniques.
• Emergency response and basic life support.
