Partnerships Specialist

About the role

The Partnerships Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to Grubtech's commercial growth. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with technology partners, payment providers, POS vendors, aggregators, and other strategic partners to expand Grubtech's ecosystem and create mutual business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Grubtech's commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Conduct market research to spot partnership opportunities and industry trends.
• Manage the partnership pipeline from prospecting through onboarding and activation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, handling negotiations and agreement execution.
• Coordinate partner integrations, product launches, and enablement activities.
• Maintain accurate partnership records using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Prepare regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and business insights for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar commercial role, with mandatory experience in the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
