Part‑time PhD Peer Reviewer – Management

About the role

This is a long‑term, stable part‑time position that allows you to work remotely as a peer reviewer for management‑focused academic manuscripts. You will support journal editors by providing rigorous, constructive assessments of submitted papers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the novelty and originality of each manuscript.
• Evaluate study design, methodology, and reproducibility.
• Check the literature review for completeness and relevance.
• Analyse results and verify that conclusions are supported by the data.
• Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to authors.
• Recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection based on your evaluation.

Required profile

• Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least five peer‑reviewed publications in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and ethical standards.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality and objectivity.
• Prior experience as a journal peer reviewer is highly desirable.
