About the role
The Payroll Logistics Coordinator (Outsource) will act as the central point of contact for corporate clients during payroll implementation projects. This role ensures smooth coordination between client teams and internal branches, guaranteeing that payroll activities are planned, executed, and documented accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll implementation activities with corporate clients.
- Schedule and organise payroll visits with companies and branch teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly payroll plans.
- Work closely with branch teams to ensure payroll activities are executed as planned.
- Collect required documents accurately and submit them on time.
- Track progress of payroll account opening and employee onboarding.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
