People & Culture Supervisor

About the role

The People & Culture Supervisor will join the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cairo Heliopolis to manage the full employee lifecycle. Working on‑site, you will support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Implement People & Culture policies and ensure compliance with Egyptian labour laws and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve conflicts.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition programmes and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align HR initiatives with hotel values.

Required profile

• Strong HR operations experience, including employee records, documentation and basic payroll/benefits coordination.
• Hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of performance management, learning & development coordination and employee engagement programmes.
• Familiarity with Egyptian labour legislation and workplace health‑and‑safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS or similar HR management systems.
