People Partner Manager

About the role

The People Partner Manager will act as a strategic HR advisor, developing integrated solutions and partnerships across the HR function to support Hikma’s business objectives. This role combines recruitment ownership, policy improvement and compliance oversight to deliver value‑added services to both management and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated HR solutions that align with business goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, enhancing systems and initiatives to boost networking and employee referrals.
• Manage relocation processes and other employment‑administration tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Recommend and drive improvements to departmental policies, procedures and controls across all HR activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on HR‑related issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR partnership or business‑partner roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment legislation.
• Ability to build cross‑functional partnerships and deliver strategic HR advice.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
