Performance Marketing Manager (AI-native)

About the role

Manara, a US‑based upskilling and training company serving the MENA region, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who blends paid media expertise with AI‑driven execution. You will build and run an AI‑augmented acquisition and activation engine across multiple ad platforms, programs, and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end paid media strategies on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and X for Egypt, KSA and UAE, managing budgets of $20K+ per month.
• Generate 50+ AI‑crafted ad variants per campaign in English and Arabic, run continuous A/B tests, and optimize for activation and learning‑path completion.
• Own the signup‑to‑active‑user funnel, creating email and WhatsApp nurture sequences, segmenting users, and improving activation rates.
• Collaborate on landing‑page CRO, multivariate testing, and maintain tracking infrastructure across all funnels.
• Develop AI‑powered automation workflows for bid management, audience testing and experiment documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google and at least two other platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X).
• Proven track record handling $20K+ monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI.
• Experience targeting MENA audiences in both Arabic and English.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards and statistical analysis.
