Performance Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Specialist to monitor real‑time field operations for SHDAH in Saudi Arabia while working remotely from Egypt. You will track supervisors hour by hour, turn live data into clear reports and continuously push performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supervisors' performance hour by hour using live dashboards, tracking systems and regular check‑in calls (WhatsApp, phone, video).
• Build and deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance reports covering orders, delivery times, driver attendance, acceptance rates and zone coverage.
• Follow up with supervisors on hourly targets, flag gaps immediately and escalate delays.
• Set clear KPIs, track achievement in real time and identify under‑performance patterns.
• Coach supervisors remotely on interpreting their numbers and closing performance gaps.
• Conduct end‑of‑day performance reviews via video call and present summaries with improvement recommendations to management.
• Reconcile operational numbers against source data to ensure report accuracy.

Required profile

• Based in Egypt with a reliable work‑from‑home setup (high‑speed internet, quiet environment, own laptop).
• 2+ years of experience in performance analysis, operations control or a similar role, preferably in last‑mile delivery, logistics or quick‑commerce.
• Strong analytical ability to spot problems in data quickly.
• Relentless follow‑up discipline and comfortable holding supervisors accountable remotely.
• Excellent written communication in English and Arabic.
• Full availability during Saudi Arabia operating hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
• Power BI or Google Sheets for dashboard creation.
