Perfume Sales Supervisor (Coach) – Retail

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Coach to lead a team of 25‑30 Fragrance Consultants across Cairo and Giza. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring brand standards, and reporting results to the Brand Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Manage team schedules, shifts, attendance, appearance and performance.
• Conduct frequent store visits and provide hands‑on field supervision.
• Handle staff issues, escalations, PDPs, promotions and day‑to‑day requirements.
• Coordinate with Store Managers to resolve staff or store‑related issues.
• Prepare regular commercial reports on sales performance, best sellers and slow movers.
• Maintain brand and customer service standards consistently.
• Report directly to the Brand Manager on team performance and commercial updates.

Required profile

• Experience as an Area Manager, Retail Manager, Multi‑Store Manager or Sales Manager.
• Proven track record managing 20+ frontline employees across multiple locations.
• Good English and strong communication skills.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• Highly flexible with working hours and comfortable working on‑ground across Cairo & Giza.
• Background in beauty, fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong sales, people management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
