Personnel Specialist (HR)

About the role

We are looking for a Personnel Specialist to join our HR team at National technology group in 6th of October, Giza. The role will support all core HR functions, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, files and databases for new hires, terminations and status changes.
• Assist in recruitment activities: post job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax withholding and reporting requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, leave balances and other metrics.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee information.
• Assist with employee relations, offering guidance and support.
• Participate in audits of HR processes and contribute to policy development and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 year experience in personnel management or HR support.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
