Personnel Specialist

About the role

The Personnel Specialist will manage core HR administration functions, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor and social insurance regulations. This role supports the HR team by handling documentation, investigations, and liaison with authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Collect hiring documents, prepare employment contracts, and maintain employee records and archives.
• Process Social Insurance forms (Form 1, Form 2, Form 6) for new hires, updates, and terminations.
• Liaise with Labor Offices and Social Insurance Authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct employee investigations, draft reports, and support disciplinary actions.
• Represent the company during Labor Office and Social Insurance inspections, providing required documentation and addressing findings.
• Coordinate Social Insurance inspections for retail stores and showrooms.
• Manage company vehicle insurance policies, renewals, claims, and records.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of personnel files and HR records.
• Support HR compliance initiatives and adherence to company policies and local labor law.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Law preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel or HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
