Pharmacist & Assistant – Community Pharmacy (Heliopolis)

About the role

Join a well‑established pharmacy chain operating across Greater Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position in Heliopolis supports daily pharmacy operations for both Pharmacist and Pharmacist Assistant roles.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and assist customers with prescription processing.
• Provide medication counseling, answer inquiries, and stay updated on drug dosages and interactions.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Control inventory, organize shelves, monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and handle receiving and storage of pharmaceutical and non‑pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality customer service and manage point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice and medicine, with the ability to interpret prescriptions safely.
• Experience supporting daily pharmacy operations, either as a pharmacy technician or assistant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid professional license for Pharmacist positions; relevant diploma or on‑the‑job experience for Assistant roles.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills in a fast‑paced community setting.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays and to engage in ongoing training.
