Pharmacist – Client Experience Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated pharmacist to join our client experience team. You will act as the bridge between our customers and our product portfolio, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy interaction at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns quickly, using strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product development to integrate client insights.
• Present and sell products, meeting sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Manage inventory, track supplies and coordinate product orders.
• Perform accurate data entry for inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and customer‑service orientation.
• Proficiency in English.
