Pharmacist – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacist to join our team in Cairo, focusing on customer engagement, sales, and inventory management. The role combines pharmacy knowledge with strong communication to ensure excellent service and drive product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve services.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers on suitable pharmacy products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to integrate client insights.
• Present and sell pharmacy products, meeting sales targets.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate product orders.
• Perform accurate data entry related to inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or an equivalent field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask.
