Pharmacist – Pharmacy Operations Manager

About the role

HP is seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead its pharmacy located in Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo. The role involves supervising daily pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing, and providing high‑quality patient counseling across morning and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations, including staff scheduling.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and proper patient counseling.
• Monitor stock levels, manage shortages, track expiry dates, and maintain product availability.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
• Handle customer concerns and deliver excellent customer service.
• Track sales performance, set targets, and support achievement of financial goals.
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory management, and financial transactions.
• Train, motivate, and develop pharmacy staff to improve performance and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Valid Syndicate Membership Card.
• Previous pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy operations and inventory management.
• Qualified and experienced pharmacists are welcome to apply.
