Pharmacology Specialist – AI Training Project

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Pharmacology Specialist to support a remote AI training project. You will help improve the scientific accuracy and reasoning of advanced AI systems by reviewing pharmacology content, creating realistic case studies, and providing clear feedback on AI‑generated answers.

Key responsibilities

• Review pharmacology‑related material for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses to drug‑therapy questions and identify factual errors.
• Develop realistic cases covering pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and therapeutic use.
• Create and curate structured pharmacology datasets and reference resources.
• Document evaluation methodology and provide detailed feedback to enhance AI reasoning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine project guidelines and content quality.

Required profile

• PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Professional or academic expertise in clinical, molecular, or systems pharmacology.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and therapeutic applications.
• Experience researching, teaching, writing, or reviewing pharmacology content.
• Ability to evaluate scientific information and produce clear, evidence‑based written feedback.
