Pharmacy Branch Manager (Pharmacist)

About the role

El Khabiry Pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to lead one of its branches in Egypt. The Branch Manager will ensure high‑quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and smooth daily operations while fostering a patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy staff, create work schedules, and monitor performance.
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, and oversee basic financial aspects of the branch.
• Verify prescriptions, dispense medications accurately, and provide patient counseling.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, safe premises.
• Ensure compliance with professional, legal, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to implement policies, promote health awareness, and support business growth.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist in Egypt with a valid registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven experience in pharmacy branch management, including staff supervision and workflow coordination.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, maintain accuracy under pressure, and uphold ethical standards.
