PMO Analyst – Vodafone Intelligent Solutions

About the role

VOIS is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support Vodafone UK’s Digital & IT Delivery organisation during a period of significant transformation. The role works closely with delivery teams, PMO leads and senior stakeholders to ensure projects and programmes are planned, governed, monitored and delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Value & Execution Lead and PMO Leads to plan, execute and monitor projects and programmes.
• Support technology delivery teams by maintaining standards, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Apply and optimise project management processes, controls and governance standards.
• Maintain real‑time project and programme status updates, tracking milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Promote hybrid delivery methodologies and alignment with SAFe principles.
• Facilitate regular reporting cycles and ensure accurate stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate financial reporting and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Assist project managers with plans, schedules and delivery roadmaps.
• Partner with capacity management to optimise resource utilisation and balance workloads.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a PMO professional within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of governance, financial oversight and resource planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience driving process optimisation and continuous improvement.
