Portuguese Recruiter (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

Aura Communication is seeking a part‑time, remote Portuguese Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Portuguese‑speaking positions across its client portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Portuguese‑speaking roles.
• Manage job postings on relevant boards and social platforms.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Provide regular hiring progress reports and metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in BPO/HRO environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
