About the role

The POS Setup & Support Senior Specialist joins Network International’s POS Integration Setup & Support team to deliver high‑level assistance to client banks and merchants. You will work across the full lifecycle of POS integration, from initial setup and certification to live‑environment support, ensuring compliance with payment schemes and regulator requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end POS integration setup and certification support for acquirer businesses.
• Deliver live support to merchants and banks in operational environments.
• Maintain compliance of merchant acquiring devices and services with payment schemes and regulatory standards.
• Engage regularly with a broad range of stakeholders to manage business requirements and expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in POS integration and support within the payments or financial‑technology sector.
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring systems, device compliance, and payment‑scheme regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with banks, merchants, and internal teams.
