Pricing Analyst II – BPO Focus

About the role

The Pricing Analyst II will provide regular and ad‑hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management. Working closely with Business Units, the analyst will develop and implement pricing strategies across markets and channels, organise baseline price data and identify opportunities to optimise sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pricing analysis, report inconsistencies and propose innovative price strategies.
• Develop medium‑complexity pricing models (e.g., price per minute, task, sale) and analyse RFP documents.
• Research market trends, competitive landscape and target market positioning by geography, segment and customer group.
• Supervise less‑experienced team members and drive continuous improvement of pricing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Teleperformance policies, including GDPR, information security and CSR standards.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pricing or financial analysis role.
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Familiarity with Workforce Management software.
