Print Production Designer

About the role

Spirex Agency is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Print Production Designer to join its in‑office team. You will be responsible for turning marketing concepts into print‑ready artwork for a variety of promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce brochures, flyers, outdoor banners, roll‑ups, business cards, posters, and other printed marketing assets.
• Prepare final artwork files with correct sizes, margins, bleed, colour profiles and other printing specifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure visual consistency across all printed media.
• Maintain high attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.
• Optionally create basic social‑media visuals to support campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong visual and creative design abilities.
• Proven experience creating print‑ready artwork and advertising materials.
• Good understanding of printing requirements, including colour, bleed and file preparation.
• Ability to work on‑site, follow schedules and deliver clean, professional designs.
