Process Improvement Senior Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a Process Improvement Senior Specialist to drive end‑to‑end diagnostics, process mapping and root‑cause analysis across its telecom business processes. The role will support the delivery of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and cost effectiveness, aligning with the company’s transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process optimisation workstreams from discovery through implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Conduct process diagnostics by capturing voice‑of‑customer pain points, mapping current (As‑Is) and future (To‑Be) states, and identifying waste and bottlenecks.
• Perform root‑cause analysis using 5‑Why, Fishbone and Pareto techniques, validating findings with data and operational evidence.
• Build and maintain KPI baselines, benchmarking dashboards and performance tracking to confirm benefits.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, controls, checklists and version‑controlled documentation to ensure repeatability.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops, drive stakeholder alignment and support change enablement through communication and training materials.
• Quantify improvement benefits for business cases and support benefit tracking post‑implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, transformation or management consulting within a telecom or related environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
