Procurement Officer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Procurement Officer to support our property management operations. The role is remote and involves managing the full procurement cycle to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate vendor capabilities, pricing and quality.
• Create and issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries and resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define procurement needs and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders and vendor information.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Implement and uphold procurement policies and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar purchasing role.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement; experience in real‑estate sector is a plus.

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
