Product Designer (Glass & Chandeliers)

About the role

Nawrly is seeking a talented Product Designer specialized in glass and chandeliers to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Shrabia. The role focuses on creating innovative and luxurious lighting solutions that meet customer needs while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual designs for chandeliers, wall lamps, and related lighting products.
• Apply design thinking and product design methodologies to generate innovative lighting concepts.
• Translate ideas into executable designs using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and marketers to ensure designs are feasible and market‑ready.
• Travel as required to support project implementation and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Glass Product Design, Metal Design, or a related applied art field.
• Proficiency with Rhino or comparable 3D design software.
• Strong visual and product design capabilities.
• Ability to lead and manage design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset and willingness to travel.
