About the role

Nawrly is seeking a talented Product Designer specialized in glass and chandelier design to join our on‑site team in Qesm El Shrabia. You will help create innovative, luxurious lighting solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop visual designs for chandeliers, wall lamps and related lighting products.
  • Apply design thinking and product design methodologies to generate new concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into executable designs.
  • Travel as needed to support project sites and client meetings.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Glass Product Design, Metal Design or a related applied arts field.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Rhino.
  • Proficiency with Blender.
  • Visual design expertise.
  • Product design experience.
