Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Product Designer to develop original patterns and designs for our tableware and home accessory collections. You will work across glassware, dinnerware, cutlery and other home accessories, ensuring each piece is both functional and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop new patterns for product categories such as glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, and home accessories.
• Create high‑quality sketches, renderings and prototypes using design software.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of materials (porcelain, stoneware, glass), brands and care instructions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and integrate them into new product lines.
• Collaborate with production to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.
• Work with marketing and sales to understand consumer needs and market trends for wholesale, retail and HORECA.
• Present concepts to internal stakeholders, gather feedback and iterate designs.
• Conduct research and testing to verify durability and functionality, refining designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience designing patterns for tableware and home accessories.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good spoken and written English.
