Product Designer - Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer – Manager to lead the design of major features and products. The role combines hands‑on design work with mentorship, ensuring user‑centered solutions across the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, strategic design projects from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Produce high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering best practices.
• Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system, component libraries, and design tokens.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience applying AI to enhance UX research and automate usability testing.
• Ability to build and maintain component libraries, design tokens, and documentation.
• Knowledge of front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Motion design and animation (preferred).
