Product Manager – Biotechnology (Egypt/Levant)

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Manager to lead the marketing of biotechnology and oncology therapeutic categories across Egypt and the Levant. The role involves shaping product strategies, launching new therapies, and driving market share while aligning with global brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of assigned therapeutic products to achieve financial, patient, and market‑share targets.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including sales forecasts, launch readiness, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and scientific updates to inform strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the sales force, providing training materials, campaign support, and alignment with marketing plans.
• Track product performance, sales and marketing expenses, and report monthly market updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Biotechnology.
• 5–8 years of experience in a commercial role within oncology, immunology, or biotechnology.
• Proven experience in product or brand management, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of therapeutic areas such as oncology or immunology.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing plans and product launches.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
