Product Owner – Banking Chatbot (Egypt)

About the role

We are seeking a local Egypt‑based Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our banking chatbot initiative. The role combines product planning, requirement gathering and stakeholder coordination to ensure the chatbot meets regulatory standards and delivers a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product planning, prioritisation and delivery for the banking chatbot across Egypt.
• Gather requirements, write user stories and align them with business and technology teams.
• Perform data and trend analysis to identify opportunities for chatbot enhancement.
• Collaborate with local business stakeholders, operations, compliance and technology teams.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and present progress, risks and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with banking regulatory requirements and regional norms.
• Monitor chatbot performance, identify gaps and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of the banking domain, including retail, digital banking and customer journeys.
• Local Egyptian candidate familiar with local banking behaviours and customer expectations.

Required skills

• Experience with chatbot platforms or conversational AI.
• Data analysis and ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
