Product Owner – Banking Chatbot (Egypt)

About the role

We are seeking a local Egypt‑based Product Owner to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our banking chatbot initiative. The role combines product ownership, business analysis, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the solution meets regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product planning, prioritisation and delivery for the banking chatbot across Egypt.
• Gather requirements, write user stories and align them with business and technology teams.
• Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for chatbot optimisation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, compliance and technology teams.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and present progress, risks and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with banking regulations and regional norms.
• Monitor chatbot performance, identify gaps and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the banking domain, including retail, digital banking, customer journeys and operations.
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms, conversational AI or digital customer experience is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse large data sets and extract actionable insights.
• Must be an Egyptian national familiar with local banking behaviours and customer expectations.
