Product Owner Internship

About the role

Join Waffarha as a Product Owner Intern and support the product team in shaping digital products. This internship offers hands‑on experience in gathering requirements, drafting user stories, and analysing user journeys while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, organise, and document business and product requirements under guidance of the product team.
• Draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse user journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, organise, and analyse user and business data for product research.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate enhancements before release.
• Follow up with stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
• Assist in backlog preparation, ensuring items are well‑documented and ready for execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support ongoing product initiatives.

Required profile

• University students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in product management and digital products.
• Previous internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience related to product, business analysis or technology is a plus.
