Production and Material Planner (EM)

About the role

As a Production and Material Planner (EM) at Mondelēz International you will ensure the uninterrupted flow of bulk and raw ingredient materials to the plant, maintaining accurate inventory and supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage process orders for bulk and raw materials, keeping floor and system inventory accurate.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, supply planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, business development) and external partners (suppliers, carriers) to guarantee reliable material supply.
• Monitor and report any production, vendor, shipping or carrier issues, coordinating corrective actions to avoid business impact.
• Execute MRP processes, define master data boundaries, manage material call‑offs and support new product supply‑chain set‑up.
• Ensure vendor schedule compliance and build SAP planning capability for yourself and key users.
• Manage inventory for raw material, packaging material and finished product according to KPI targets and support IBP dashboard preparation.
• Apply Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) methods, lead supply‑network loss‑analysis projects and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in material planning, demand planning, inventory management, purchasing or forecasting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hands‑on experience with SAP ERP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
