Production Engineer – CNC Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer with a strong CNC background to join our commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing team. The role involves planning, supervising, and optimizing production processes to ensure timely delivery and high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production activities to maintain smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Supervise manufacturing operations including laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing.
• Track daily production performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with the QHSE team to ensure product quality compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare production reports and manage schedules according to project priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments.
• Strong knowledge of CNC manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Previous experience in stainless steel manufacturing is required.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing is highly preferred.
