Production Engineer – Furniture

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Engineer to lead daily furniture manufacturing activities in Alexandria. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily furniture production activities.
• Review production drawings, specifications, BOMs and material requirements before starting production.
• Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilization, material consumption and machine capacity.
• Identify production problems, bottlenecks and delays and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare daily and periodic production reports and performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Production or Industrial.
• 3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a related production environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
