Production Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in 10th of Ramadan City. The role is responsible for meeting production targets, overseeing injection machines and ensuring smooth production flow across shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve production targets according to the planned schedule.
• Monitor and follow up on injection machines, production lines and operating conditions.
• Coordinate with technicians and production workers to maintain continuous operations.
• Identify and resolve production problems, minimizing machine downtime and losses.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Track raw material usage, production efficiency and material consumption.
• Prepare daily production reports and performance records.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and other departments to ensure efficient production flow.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or fresh graduates.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Understanding of production planning and workflow.
• Basic grasp of quality control principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and machinery.
