Production Engineer – Semi-Process

About the role

Haier Electric Egypt is seeking a Production Engineer to lead a semi‑process line in its 10th of Ramadan City facility. You will be responsible for maintaining high output, quality, and efficiency while fostering a motivated team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fixed order quantities and continuously analyse performance using the 4M1E methodology to sustain a 100% fulfillment rate.
• Implement and enforce the Huangdao Rollers Quality System, keeping engineering defects below 2% and ensuring zero batch accidents.
• Design and run internal efficiency competitions, track employee efficiency month‑over‑month and work towards eliminating overtime through workflow optimisation.
• Train, coach and mentor operators and supervisors daily, using clear communication and feedback to build high morale, competitiveness and innovation on the shop floor.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in semi‑process or assembly manufacturing.
• Proactive mindset: anticipate issues, analyse root causes and act before problems escalate.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with operators, supervisors and managers without assigning blame.
