Production Engineer – Stainless Steel Manufacturing

About the role

EMAJ for Trading & Engineering is seeking a Production Engineer with a strong background in stainless‑steel manufacturing to join its commercial kitchen equipment division in Belbays, Al‑Sharqia. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow and timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor production activities to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise manufacturing operations including laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly and finishing.
• Track daily production performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare production reports and adjust schedules according to project priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments.
• Proven experience in stainless‑steel manufacturing; experience in commercial kitchen equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, workflow management and process optimisation.
