About the role

Grain is looking for a Production Engineering Manager to drive operational excellence on its Monufya site. You will lead production lines, ensure safety and quality, and implement innovative solutions that boost efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimize production lines to meet quality standards and schedules.
• Plan, execute, and monitor manufacturing processes to achieve operational targets.
• Identify and resolve production issues using strong analytical skills.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with design, quality assurance, and supply‑chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and production staff.
