Production Manager – Industrial Bakery (Bread Division)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Production Manager to lead the next phase of our industrial bread operation at Monginis Egypt’s Sadaat City facility. You will be responsible for commissioning and optimizing a modern automated bread line, ensuring efficient production while solving floor‑level challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Commission, calibrate and continuously improve a fully automated bakery line.
• Oversee daily production planning, scheduling and execution to meet output targets.
• Monitor product quality, yield and waste, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary production team.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial bread manufacturing and bakery process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, bread science and automated bakery equipment.
• Track record of optimizing production processes, reducing waste and improving yield.
• Ability to build and develop high‑performing production teams.
• Engineering background is an advantage.
